Asset level region switching improved

Region switching at the asset level has been improved. Changes now apply within 24 hours instead of requiring extended processing time.

This makes it easier to respond to compliance, privacy, or operational needs without delays.

The update is available on supported plans and requires no changes beyond selecting a new region in asset settings.
